Returns and Cancellations
Changed your mind about a purchase? If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. Deadlines, return costs, refunds and exceptions are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge by writing to info@essenzadipisa.com and quoting your order number.
