Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article Legislative Decree 206/2005, private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without the need for explanation, provided that the goods are returned sealed, undamaged and complete.

In accordance with paragraph 6, we hereby inform you that the only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the return shipping costs of the goods to the sender.

The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

The applicable period to exercise this right is 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer must notify us by:
registered letter with return receipt (A/R) to the following address:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)

In the letter requesting the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal account for the refund (IBAN code and Name of the Account Holder).

Packages sent cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances.
After verifying the integrity of the goods, we will refund the amount already paid within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, by bank transfer to the bank account you provided.

The right of withdrawal, pursuant to the applicable law, applies exclusively to standard items that are not made to customer order.

LEGISLATIVE DECREE 206/2005

In addition to your right of withdrawal above, Products may be returned for credit or exchange if returned to our Customer Service Centre in resalable condition, within 14 days from shipment, accompanied by a delivery note.
Such return is at your own cost and risk, and we recommend ensuring the Products during return shipment.

Gift recipients are entitled to exchange the goods without a refund or request that the refund be made to the original purchaser.

If payment for the Products was made by prepaid card, refunds will be issued by re-crediting the card originally charged.

All refunds will be processed within 14 working days:

  • from the email from INTERCOM S.r.l. confirming cancellation of your Order (if the Products have not been delivered to the indicated address within 30 days following the Order); or

  • from receipt by INTERCOM S.r.l. of the returned Products.
