DELIVERY

INTERCOM S.r.l., while making every effort to comply with the delivery terms indicated in the Delivery Terms section for the delivery of the Product(s) to the specified address, is not able to guarantee an exact delivery date.

If delivery of the Product(s) does not take place within 30 days from the submission of the Order by the user, or within another date agreed differently with the user, the user may cancel the Order and INTERCOM S.r.l. will refund the purchase price.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. Without prejudice to specific warranties offered with reference to particular Products, or warranties implied by law, INTERCOM S.r.l. does not provide additional warranties on its Products.

  2. You are required to examine the Products upon receipt to check for any defects or damages. If you discover a defect or damage, you must notify INTERCOM S.r.l. as soon as possible, who will arrange for the Products to be sent to its Customer Service Centre at no additional cost to you. Retailers located in the Italian territory may accept returns or product exchanges; they will in any case provide useful information to customers intending to return defective or damaged Products. If it is determined that a Product was damaged prior to delivery or defective (not caused by your use), INTERCOM S.r.l. will repair or replace the Product or refund the price paid, including any shipping costs, provided that the Product has not been worn, used or damaged. If you prefer repair or replacement of the Product, please contact INTERCOM S.r.l., who will arrange the replacement at no additional cost, where reasonably possible. In addition, INTERCOM S.r.l. will refund the return shipping costs for the defective or damaged Product.

  3. Without prejudice to the provisions of the paragraph above, INTERCOM S.r.l. is solely responsible for losses that result from breaches by INTERCOM S.r.l. of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Such liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product.

  4. Without prejudice to the provisions of the paragraph above, INTERCOM S.r.l. shall not be liable for indirect damage resulting indirectly from the primary loss or damage and that is not foreseeable by the parties, including but not limited to: loss of earnings or revenue; loss of business opportunities; loss of profit or contracts; loss of savings.
    INTERCOM S.r.l. shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale due to causes beyond its reasonable control including: natural disasters, government regulations, war, fire, flooding, explosions or riots, interruption of IT or telecommunication services, failure of third parties (including failures related to data supply), and strikes.

In any case, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not limit the rights guaranteed by law.
